PASSIVHAUS WINDOWS

Scandinavian window producer NorDan has helped housing association Saxon Weald to deliver a development of Passivhaus homes in Horsham, West Sussex. The scheme of 38 new homes for affordable rent has NorDan windows that have 0.7 W/m~2K U-values, helping them to achieve Passivhaus standard. The scheme is unique in that 12 of the homes are built to Passivhaus standards.
