Four firms vie for £62m priority schools work

Galliford Try and Bowmer & Kirkland are battling it out for their first batch of priority schools, with the firms shortlisted for £27m worth of schools in Derby, Building can reveal, writes AllisterHayman. The two contractors have been shortlisted for the batch of schools, which have come to market through the capital-funded element of the Priority School Building Programme, after being appointed to the Education Funding Agency's (EFA) contractors' framework in November.
