Hurley Palmer Flatt buys rival

Hurley Palmer Flatt has snapped up the 50-strong civil and structural engineer Bradbrook Consulting for an undisclosed sum. Bradbrook has a turnover of around £4m and offices in London, Kingston, Watford and Manchester, as well as a fifth in Dubai.
