Green light for Skanska's £250m MoD training college

A £250m training college for the Ministry of Defence in Hampshire to be built by Skanska has been approved by the local council. Winchester council gave the green light to the plans which have been drawn up by architect HLM. The scheme, known as Project Wellesley, at Worthy Down, runs across 1,000,000ft~2 and will be called the Defence College of Logistics, Policing and Administration.
