Heathrow airport was this week taking stock of the Court of Appeal's decision to rule illegal its plan to build a third runway as doubts grew over whether the £14bn project will ever get built. The airport was told its proposal was unlawful because ministers did not sufficiently consider the government's commitment to tackling climate change and that it did not meet the 2016 Paris Agreement on the issue.
