On 27 April 2010, the US$5.5 billion Marina Bay Sands Casino opened its first phase becoming Southeast Asia's newest entertainment destination with a bit of help from Program Contractors Ltd.rnProgram was selected to help create the impressive Blue Reflection Art Facade with Light Entry Passage for the entrance of the new Marina Bay Sands Casino in Singapore. They supplied over 1,600 stainless steel panels with 8 distinctive surface finishes for the 122 × 17 metre fa?ade designed by internationally renowned artist, James Carpenter. The reflective metal panels create the backdrop that provides a visual layer for this constantly changing piece in day and night time light.
