Shimao Group launched two tourism resorts in Qingdao

Shimao Group, the Shanghai based property development group, is investing RMB 18 billion yuan to develop two tourism resorts in Qingdao's Lingshan Bay and Baiguoshu area.rnThe Lingshan Bay project will feature five-star hotels, apartments, offices, shops, leisure and tourismrnspots. Construction will start at the end of 2010 and the project is expected to be completed in 2013.rnThe Baiguoshu project will include five-star hotels, schools, commercial and residential buildings. Construction will begin in early 2011 and completion in 2014.
