Dalian Golden Beach Resort is Shimao Group's largest project in China. The project is located in Jinzhou District of Dalian. It includes outdoor theme parks, large indoor theme parks, hotels and tourism spots covering an area of 17 million square meters. Total investment of the entire development is estimated at RMB50 billion yuan. Construction has commenced and will take about 5 years to complete.rnDalian Shimao Carnival is one of the projects under construction in the area. Phase 1 of the Carnival has a development area of 2.1 million square meters and costs RMB5 billion yuan to build.
