Edinburgh architect Allan Murray has submitted this four-star, 200-bed hotel in Glasgow for planning.rnThe six-storey building, planned to go on the site of a vacant car park close to the City Chambers, is designed to respond to the four streets facing each of its sides, with a sandstone main facade on Ingram Street.rnSenior associate at Allan Murray Architects, Gareth Pugh, said: "The Glasgow city grid is a major defining aspect of the city, and this is one of the last blocks that needs to be repaired."
