Why I resigned as London chair

As the former chairman of London Region, I wish to make clear the circumstances that lead to my resignation on April 29 this year.rnI left in protest against the unconstitutional behaviour of a small clique of London Region council members, supported and advised, apparently, by certain paid staff of the region's secretariat.
