RIAS seeks Kelpie head architects

The RIAS is calling for architects to design the internal space within a giant sculpture of a horse's head. The competition, managed for Falkirk Council, asks for a 400-word statement of intent from architect-led teams. The structure will be set in one of two sculptures by Andy Scott. Known as The Kelpies, the horse heads will act as gateways to the canal connecting the Firth of Forth with the Clyde in Glasgow.
