Riba needs to reach out to the public

The Riba Trust was a well-meant body set up to "advance architecture through outreach to the public, government and the media" and to "demonstrate the benefits of good architecture for the economy, communities and individuals in the UK". The language was always clumsy-as it would be coming from a modern "super-brand", formerly known as a professional institute-yet the intention was good.
