'ANSWERED PRAYERS': AMEN TO MORE ADAPTIVE REUSE

I read "Answered Prayers" (January) and thought of our church here in York, Pa. York Christian Church was started more than 30 years ago by a small group from a church in a neighboring county. The original congregation built the first building, and when that was too small looked into expanding onto the remaining property, but the cost made it infeasible. Instead a larger building on the adjacent property was acquired in a trade that left us with no debt except for the cost of renovation.
