Dichroic glass finishes from 3M Architectural Markets provide the look of true dichroic glass for interior surfaces. The reflective glass film, which was inspired by the physiology of Blue Morpho butterfly wings, is available in "Chill" (cool) and "Blaze" (warm) colors. Surfaces appear to change colors depending on the angle of view. The Class A fire-rated material is easily removed without damage to the original surface; adhesive and non-adhesive versions are available to suit varied substrates. Potential applications: entrances, storefronts, partitions, skylights, light fixtures, and curtain walls.
