Inside the Network- Affiliates Meetings

Affiliates Were Out In Full Force for their annual get-togethers during last week's National Association of Broadcasters show in Las Vegas. The affiliate boards representing the ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC groups met with network brass April 10-12, while the Fox and CW affiliate bodies assembled en masse too. The CW meeting, which featured about 75 people from the affiliate side, represented the first Sin City meet-up for the junior network and its local station partners. All of the meetings took place behind closed doors, as the stations and their networks hashed out what's working-and what needs work-on their air.
