Running Cable Through Court Impacts Comcast

While much of washington-and the nation-was focused on the elections last week, the Supreme Court was studying some numbers itself, related to clustering of cable svstems and channels. The high court heard arguments in a class-action suit against Comcast, and denied to hear an appeal of a lower courts dismissal of another class action case against the MSO and other cable operators, satellite distributors and programmers over bundling of channels.
