What's Working: A lot-including the breakout comedy 2 Broke Girls and The Big Bang Theory, which is only improving with age (and a syndication debut). CBS' Monday night remains steady, helped by a still-dominant Two and a Half Men, and Person of Interest has proven a solid drama performer, if perhaps not quite living up to its high-profile time slot.
