GREETINGS FROM SEOUL: GALLERY HOPPING IN THE SOUTH KOREAN CAPITAL

I begin my exploration of the Seoul photography scene by perusing (with the help of the hotel concierge) the pages of the Seoul Art Guide, a free monthly listing of gallery and museum exhibitions. Similar to what I found in Shanghai, many "art" galleries here rotate in periodic photography shows. I'm based at the beautiful Hotel Lotte, which is within walking distance of many of the city's art venues and other points of interest.
