When David Spear turned 50, he quit his job and went windsurfing for three years. "I never had so much fun," he exclaims. Never mind that said job was as owner and publisher of a successful weekly newspaper in Madison, North Carolina. "Life is for dreams, for the things you dream of doing," he says.
