What we have here is basically a high-rise RS6 with a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 knocking out 592bhp, good for 0-62mph in 3.8 seconds and a limited top speed of about 190mph. Which is pretty damn fast. Under that Hulking exterior, there's 4WS for nimbler cornering and settled cruising. There's electrically actuated anti-roll suspension that fights physics in corners, and 23in rims. The RSQ8 will also jack itself up by 50mm for off-roading and hunker down 40mm on the way to its top speed, cutting drag.
