The build versus buy debate has moved to a new phase, says Tony White, managing director, Wall Street Systems. "Twenty years ago, banks started to debate the merits of building IT systems and infrastructures in-house versus buying-in packages. Today that debate has moved on and what we are now seeing are discussions around build versus buy versus outsource/subscribe."
