Irecently returned to work after eight weeks of maternity leave for my second child. I was lucky to have experienced my first pregnancy and maternity leave with a group of postdoctoral colleagues at work. This time, I had access to only one woman whose careerrnhad progressed as mine had and had completed two maternity leaves.
