Five Oaks is a boutique vineyard that was established in 1978. The vineyard and its associated winery were purchased in 1995 by Judy and Wally Zuk, leased back for three years to the original owners, and then renamed Five Oaks, after the five magnificent oak trees that grace the property. The varieties grown are Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with the latter two being used to produce premium, single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet-Merlot and Merlot wines.
