In Section 3.3 of the above paper the authors discuss higher moments of scalar concentration. I am pleased to see them addressing this issue, but I would like to make some clarifications regarding some of the earlier work that they refer to. They state: "It is interesting to see how well the relationship between the skewness and flatness factors proposed by Chatwin and Sullivan (1990) K ≥ S~2 +1 is satisfied as it was in the work of Vinkovic et al. (2006) and in Michelot (1996)."
