Karl Mayer has acquired majority ownership of LIBA Maschinenfabrik. The integration of the two companies in areas of development, manufacturing and delivery of warp knitting and technical textile machinery is implemented according to plan. As a member of the Karl Mayer Group, from now on, LIBA Maschinenfabrik will be incorporated under the name Karl Mayer LIBA Textilmaschinenfabrik, says Karl Mayer. In addition, the processes that started at the end of last year to work out "Best of Both Worlds" solutions for products, processes and concepts are progressing well. In the middle of this year, this project will be finalized. In the meantime, the business of both parties in terms of products and market approach will be unchanged. All important tasks will be completed as before, adds Karl Mayer.
