The intention is that this development with its multi-storey car parks, "quarter houses", building group houses, innovative education campus (PPAG Architekten], freely financed and subsidised apartment houses, and office buildings around the large park at the centre should have a positive impact on Favoriten in the long-term. At present social exchange between the old historically developed district and the ambitiously planned and settled new-build area is not particularly noticeable.
