EGOTA HOUSE B

摘要

Second phase of the collective housing complex, following Egota House A built in 2004. A five-maisonnette housing complex composed of two-story intersecting units. Each unit is oriented with consideration of its relationship with Egota House A. While the terraces of each unit in Egota House A are located at the ends of circulation, the terraces in Egota House B are overhung as entrance terraces connecting the interior space and exterior stairs. Based on the idea of "continuity with the city," the building's unenclosed nature and correspondence with existing trees create an organic relationship with the exterior space.
