WAKATSURU TAISYOGURA

Retaining its historical charm as a sake brewery from 1922, the building was reborn as a research facility symbolizing the start of Hokuriku Coca Cola Bottling and Wakatsuru Sake Brewery. The design restored the classic mud-wall look, and the beams under the large roof create a beautiful space for enduring use. Passing on the brewery spirit to future generations, the joy of living in "time" can be felt in this reborn building.
