This is the first edition of TAJ's new Resource Center column about resources for appraisers and real estate market analysts. It will report on books, articles in a variety of publications, presentations, and websites. It will look at current happenings, trends in and influences on the real estate market, and the psychology and sociology of the people who make the market and the properties in it. It will also examine public policy, finance, appraisal techniques, and all manner of information for appraisers.
