Mueller is an executive director with Integra Realty Resources-Minneapolis/St. Paul, where he provides appraisal expertise on a broad array of property types, and unique and specialized situations. He is a recognized expert in eminent domain and litigation-oriented settings, having testified in multiple states and Washington, DC. Mueller is an engaged volunteer for the Appraisal Institute. He is a current member of The Appraisal Journal Review Panel and a past member of The Appraisal Journal. Editorial Board. He is a long-standing member and former chair of the Comprehensive Examination Panel, and he is a member of the Body of Knowledge Committee. He is a past president of the Appraisal Institute's North Star Chapter, and he has held positions on numerous local and national committees, including the Leadership Development and Advisory Council, the Qualifying Education Committee, the General Appraiser Council Admissions Committee, and the Curriculum Committee. Additionally, he was a contributor to the twelfth edition of The Appraisal of Real Estate and has been an educational instructor.
