摘要

The problem of sound radiation by point harmonical source being in fluid-filled elastic cylinder immersed in acoustical medium is considered. The general formal solution in Fourier integral is transformed to contur integrals in a complex plane. The dispersion properties of normal waves have been studied. The excistence and characteristics of two types of waves unaffected by radiation damping has been estimated. An algorithm of numerical inplementation of general formula has been described and its accuracy has been estimated.
