摘要

Characteristics of frequency vibrato are usually explained by the frequency center, rate, and extent. For analysis of vibrato tones, we apply the maximum likelihood estimation to the enhanced fundamental frequency track obtained from a short-time Fourier transform. We have also suggested the values of the parameters in the estimation and the averaging process to reduce the estimation error. Experiments show that the proposed method can be used for accurate and reliable analysis of vibrato tones.
