Call for Invited Session Proposals—JSM 2006 in Seattle

On August 7-11, 2006, the Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) will be held in Seattle, Washington, in a continuing partnership of five statistical societies: the American Statistical Association (ASA), the Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS), the Statistical Society of Canada (SSC), and the Eastern and Western North American Regions of the International Biometric Society (ENAR and WNAR). This will be the first time in JSM's 165-year history that the meetings will be held in Seattle. JSM 2006 represents an opportunity for learning, participating, and networking in one of the nation's most desirable locales. As those who have visited that city well know, there is nothing quite like a view of Mt. Rainier from downtown Seattle on a sunny day.
