Quality as a Second Language

Quality implementations are diverse and applied across a wide range of industries. Yet all successful implementations have one seemingly obvious thing in common-something has been changed. Quality initiatives focus on process improvement. Viewing quality as a second language (QSL) is a way of focusing on the quality implementation process itself. It is a tool that limits the learning curve inherent in quality implementation by using the same approach used by today's English as a second language (ESL) teachers.
