Richard (Dick) Kuchenrither, scholar in residence of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, has been appointed the director of the Water Engineering and Management graduate program. The graduate program provides important tools for young professionals and graduate students in the water profession. In addition to the traditional process and technology classes, the Water Engineering and Management program tools include leadership, communication, financials, management, and governance. The program is intended for graduate students and professionals working for utilities, consulting engineers, and regulatory agencies.
