Hach Company Provides Support in Wake of Storm Sandy

The widespread path of destruction left when Storm Sandy struck the East Coast on Oct. 29, 2012, reverberated halfway across the United States, leaving water facilities and providers to pick up the pieces. Hach Company supported those affected by the storm through a variety of initiatives to help customers get their water analysis systems back into operation. A dedicated support hotline was established for those with storm-related questions. All calls, service requests, and new orders were given priority status to minimize the negative impact on communities. Hach also proactively communicated with customers in states impacted by Sandy. E-mail messages were sent encouraging communication with Hach for any storm-related questions or challenges.
