Delia Schall Young has joined Burns & McDonnell's Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minn., office as a regional manager in the Environmental Studies & Permitting Practice. She focuses on providing services in Minnesota and surrounding states in the upper Midwest related to federal, state, and local water resources, stormwater, and environmental planning and permitting. Young draws on 16 years of experience as an environmental professional and facilitator and has extensive knowledge of watershed planning and management, stormwater management, and water quality modeling and studies.
