"Why did you put all these fuzzy balls on my new wool knit sweater? They weren't there when I brought this in for cleaning. It's new, very expensive, and only worn twice. You've ruined it! This is my favorite sweater. I shopped all over town before I found it and I'll never be able to find another one like it. This sweater was so soft and comfortable to wear, and now look at it. Did you wash it with sandpaper, or what, to cause all these awful balls on the surface? This really upsets me!" Let's hope you've never experienced any of the above outrage, but it's very likely some cleaners have. It's also likely your customers are going to bring in similar soft wool garments for you to clean. A close inspection at the counter before drycleaning will show these fuzzy balls, which will be much more prevalent after drycleaning. How prevalent they appear after drycleaning will depend on how you dryclean the garment.
