摘要

If you've been in drycleaning for a few years, you've probably heard a customer or two complain that you "put" stains on their clothing. Of course, the customer never remembers spilling on the garment, and didn't see the stains when they left it off at your counter. To keep this customer, you must convince the person that you aren't at fault. That can be a hard sell. No one wants to admit that they spilled on their own garments, and assume that a drycleaner can remove all stains. They don't want to hear an explanation about "invisible" stains, and they aren't interested in how the stains got there—they just want them removed.
