Forenta introduced a "foot-stomper"-style manual utility press at Clean '09 in June. Operators close the press head with the help of a large foot pedal, and release it using a hand-activated button on the handle. Head pressure is adjustable, and foot pedals control buck steam and vac-uum. The tabletop surface is laminated.
