GBS' Sorting Robo is an automated assembly system that can be attached to any conveyor system. By electronically tracking and assembling orders, Sorting Robo can eliminate costly errors. The system features a touchscreen, bar-code reader and voice confirmations, and handles multiple stores, wholesale and route orders with ease. Using Sorting Robo can help assemble up to 2,000 pieces per person-five times as many garments as conventional methods, GBS says.
