EDITORIAL AROUND THE WORLD

One of the great things about the cake decorating world is that there is always a show, competition or celebration involving cakes somewhere in the world! Although we would love to be at all the cake events personally, it is virtually impossible. However between all the staff members, we probably do attend at least one event each month! In this issue we bring you some great ideas from four shows around the globe: Pastry Live in Atlanta, The Queen City Cake Show in Cincinnati, the Chocolate show in New York and Europain in Paris! It's been quite a whirlwind of travel and inspiration for the ACD staff but we love every minute of it.
