ACD: What was the impetus for starting this show? LisaMenz, ICED co-founder and 2012 chairperson: Back in 2010, Melanie Judge and I wondered why, with all the talent we had in this area, there was no great cake show and competition as in many other states. It started as a conversation, we delivered a theme and it took off from there.
