Sugar artists Lori Sladyk Gilmore and Karen Sladyk are known for their innovative approach to cake presentations. American Cake Decorating spotted their 'hanging cake' (shown below right) at the 2011 ICES show and convention in Charlotte, NC. We asked for more information and the pair gladly shared information on where they look for inspiration and some how-to advice for creating your own hanging display.
