In the past two years the number of visitors to Cake International, the huge and hugely popular British cake and sugarcraft show, has grown by 72%. Beryl Loveland, owner of Beryl's Cake Decorating & Pastry Supplies, attended the most recent Cake International, held in Birmingham, from November 4-6, 2011. Here she shares her experience, as well as some of her favorite photos.
