1. Using either the green fondant or marzipan, divide fondant/marzipan into portions of approximately 2.5 ounces and roll into smooth balls. Flatten the sides of the ball by gently rolling it on a flat surface, making the top of the ball slightly larger than the base. Using the large ball tool, begin making an indentation in the top of the ball. Finish the indentation using the smaller ball tool to make it deeper.
