THE RIPPLE EFFECT

I first entered in 2005-I came in 8th and received a gold ribbon. I've come back every year since, sometimes with a cake for the wedding competition and sometimes without a cake just to help out. I learn so much at these shows, most everyone who comes to compete loves to discuss their designs and share their techniques. It's an amazing experience and through my participation with the show I've been on Food Network, TLC, invited to teach all over the country and have published in various magazines and books.
