Undoubtedly, one of the largest and most prestigious cake decorating events in the country is the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show (OSSAS), celebrating 20 years in September. I had the pleasure of having dinner with show founder Kerry Vincent recently in Lexington, KY, and she took me on a nostalgic journey through her years as a sugar artist. She's excited about the amazing reception to her recent TV venture, The Great Australian Bake-Off, and of course, is thrilled with the ongoing success of OSSAS. Despite her ever-busy schedule, we hope to coax her into contributing something to ACD in the not-so-distant future. Fingers crossed!
