The first TTTC show took place in 2003. There were 93 participants, most of which were class projects from the culinary students at Le Cordon Bleu, which is where the show for held for the first two years. "What we quickly learned was that there are many details that need to be addressed to meet and exceed the expectations of the various attendees-from the general public who just come to look at the cake, to the competitors, to the class and demo attendees. All have different needs and all are important," said Jennifer.
