This is good royal icing recipe for glue and stability, but not recommended for piping.rn1.25 ounces of meringue powder 4 ounces of cold water 1 pound confectioners' sugar, sifted ½ teaspoon lemon juicern First mix the cold water and meringue powder to a soft peak. With mixer on low, add sifted sugar until just mixed in, then add the lemon juice and beat to stiff peak. Will last one week, stored in covered container. Re-beat with a spoon if mixture settles or stiffens.
